I am grateful for the caring, kind, skilled staff. We’ve been coming here for many years, and have lost some loves. Each time we’ve had to say goodbye the entire staff has been incredibly kind to us. Each time we’ve rescued another, the staff has helped us with thorough exams and adjustment advice. This team feels like part of our family.

They got us in the same day when my dog was peeing blood. I called everywhere. Her vet was full and other vets said they weren’t taking new patients. Even when peeing blood. Vet tech Kayla went above and beyond. Super nice staff. Very polite. Informative. 100% recommend. We have used them before for my cats and for another dogs surgery and have never had an issue.

Really enjoy coming here. The doctors there really take care of your pets. We recently put down our pet. The doctor was so kind. I wasn’t sure at first if I was doing the right thing. I can’t say enough good things about this place. One of the few clinics seeing new clients and pets. Very happy! They seem aware of the pandemic and require masks – unlike other businesses. I just switched vets and the young vet (Dr. E) was efficient and personable. It was much faster than when I go see my doctor. Thank you for taking care of the new addition to the family.

Our dog is a rescue. No telling what his past life included but he is a lover, cuddler, and huge baby about getting his nails trimmed. The staff at Ham Lake Vet Hospital do a great job of soothing his anxiety and loving on him during his nail clippings.
